It’s hard to believe that it’s been ten years since the passing of R&B songstress Aaliyah.I can still remember where I was when I heard the bad news. Initially, I thought it was a bad rumor going around, but after seeeing news reports later that evening, I knew what many others had discovered; the princess of R&B was gone. She seemed to be on the verge of becoming a breakout actress in addition of becoming one of the top females in R&B. She has left more of a legacy in the decade following her untimely passing than most singers will ever leave. R.I.P. Aaliyah, you are still missed. Click out one of my favorite Aaliyah videos below.
